Terms of Service

These terms cover the repair and maintenance services provided by Apex Auto Care. By booking or authorizing work, you agree to them.

Estimates & pricing

Prices shown on this site are starting points. We give a clear estimate before any work begins, and we confirm with you before doing anything beyond what was approved.

Authorization

Repairs proceed only after you authorize them. Additional issues discovered during service are quoted separately and require your approval first.

Payment

Payment is due on completion, when you pick up the vehicle. We accept standard payment methods at the shop.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Eligible repairs are covered for 12 months; ask us for the details that apply to your specific service. Normal wear items and customer-supplied parts may be excluded.

Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or for indirect or consequential losses.

Booking requests

Requests sent through this website are appointment inquiries, not confirmed appointments, until we call you back to schedule.

Refunds & cancellations

You can cancel or reschedule a booking request at no charge any time before work begins — just call us. If you're not satisfied with a completed repair, tell us within 7 days: we'll re-inspect at no cost, and if the work didn't fix what we were paid to fix, we'll redo it under warranty or refund the labor for that repair. Parts already installed and special-order parts are non-refundable once fitted. Deposits on special-order parts or custom-build work (lifts, wheels, wraps) are refundable until the parts are ordered.
