Concept notice: Emberhollow is a fictional restaurant created as a demonstration by Pergola Performance. It is not a real business and not an actual client. The text below is sample legal copy illustrating how a real venue's terms, cancellation policy, and allergen note would read.

1. Using this site

This website is provided for demonstration purposes. The reservation form does not create a binding booking; it is a simulated request handled in your browser only. On a live site, submitting the form would send a request to the restaurant, which would follow up to confirm availability.

2. Reservations

On a live version, a reservation request is not confirmed until the restaurant contacts you to verify the date, time, and party size. Walk-ins and bar seating are offered subject to availability.

3. Cancellations & refunds

Because Emberhollow is a concept demo, no payments are taken and there is nothing to refund. The following is sample policy text a real venue might use:

Standard tables: reservations can be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your booking.
Large parties & special events: if a deposit is required, it would be refundable in full up to 48 hours before the event, and credited toward your final bill if you dine as planned.
No-shows: a venue may apply a per-seat fee for parties that do not arrive or cancel without notice, charged only to a card held on file with your prior consent.
Refund method: any eligible refund would be returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

In this demo, none of the above is ever charged or collected.

4. Food allergies & allergen note

Our food is prepared over open wood fire in a shared kitchen that handles common allergens — including gluten, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, fish, shellfish, and sesame. While we take care with every plate, we cannot guarantee that any dish is entirely free of a given allergen due to shared surfaces, grills, and equipment.

If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please tell us before you order so we can guide you and, where possible, adapt a dish. Guests with severe allergies should dine with this shared-kitchen risk in mind.

5. Pricing

All prices shown on this site are sample concept figures for demonstration only and do not reflect real menu pricing. A live menu would list current prices, which are subject to change with the season.

6. Liability

This demonstration site is provided "as is." Pergola Performance makes no warranties about it and is not liable for any action taken based on the fictional content shown here.
