Terms of Service
These terms describe how services would be provided by Glasswing Auto Detailing. By booking or using the services, a customer would agree to them.
Pricing & estimates
Prices shown on this site are starting points ("from" prices). Final pricing depends on vehicle size, paint condition, and the level of work required, and would be confirmed with you before any work begins.
Bookings & appointments
Requests sent through this website are inquiries, not confirmed appointments, until we contact you to confirm a date, time, and quote. Mobile service requires safe, legal, and reasonable access to the vehicle and, where applicable, access to water and power at the service location.
Cancellations
You could cancel or reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-access visits may be subject to a trip fee, which would be disclosed at the time of booking.
Refunds & satisfaction
If you were not satisfied with a completed service, you could tell us within 7 days and we would make it right where reasonable — typically by re-performing the affected portion of the service, or by refunding the service charge for that portion. Refunds apply to labor and service charges; consumable products already applied are non-refundable. Add-on coatings and corrections are assessed case by case based on the work performed.
Detailing & results disclaimer
Results vary. Paint correction, polishing, and ceramic coating outcomes depend on factors outside our control — including paint type, age, thickness, prior repairs or repaints, existing damage, and how the vehicle is maintained afterward. We do not guarantee removal of all defects; deep scratches, etching, or damage reaching below the clear coat may only be improved, not eliminated, and aggressive correction is limited by remaining paint thickness.
Ceramic coating durability and any manufacturer or product-level warranty are subject to the coating maker's terms and proper aftercare. We are not the manufacturer of the coatings or products used. Pre-existing conditions (rock chips, dents, mechanical issues, trim damage, prior wraps or films) are documented where noticed but are not caused by, or the responsibility of, the detailing service.
Liability
Our responsibility would be limited to the cost of the service provided. We would not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, for damage arising from pre-existing conditions or defects, or for loss of use of the vehicle during or after service.
