3. Pool-service disclaimer
In a real engagement, pool maintenance and repair involve water chemistry, electrical equipment, and safety considerations. A genuine provider would describe access requirements, the homeowner's responsibility to maintain safe pool barriers and fencing, limits on liability for pre-existing equipment conditions, and the fact that results such as water clarity can depend on factors outside the provider's control (weather, bather load, and equipment age). Nothing here should be relied upon as such an agreement.
4. Refunds & satisfaction
