A neighborhood kitchen built around an open hearth — seasonal plates, honest sourcing, and an unhurried room where dinner is meant to linger.

Emberhollow began with a simple idea: that the best meals come off an open flame and slow down everyone at the table. We built our kitchen around a wood-burning hearth, and we cook the way American kitchens always have — with smoke, salt, and patience.
The menu changes with what's good that week. We work with growers and ranchers we trust, use as much of every ingredient as we can, and keep the room warm, low-lit, and easy to settle into.
Low light, an open kitchen, and a table worth lingering at.

No gimmicks — just the things that matter when you sit down to eat with us.
Every main passes through real oak and ember — not a gas line. It's slower, and it tastes like it.
We buy from growers and ranchers we know by name and use as much of every ingredient as we can.
Low light, warm wood, and no rush to turn the table. Stay for one more glass.
Concept note: This is a demonstration site. Emberhollow is not a real restaurant, and nothing here represents an actual client. We have intentionally left out star ratings, review counts, and certifications because there are none to honestly show — a real venue would feature its own verified reviews and credentials here.
Tell us when you'd like to come in and we'll be in touch to confirm. Prefer to talk it through? Give us a call — the bar is always open to walk-ins.
